SPONSOR A CHILD: Help Haiti Now plans to send as many children as possible to school. Please consider sponsoring a child's tuition and uniform costs and putting a face on your donation.

FUNDRAISING SUGGESTION: One idea that has worked for us in the past is a "Penny Drive". Gathering loose change can really add up and can be converted easily to a money order.

SUCCESS: There are many individual success stories that Rachel has reported. An example: a woman with two small children, homeless because of the earthquake, the husband out of the picture.

Rachel used $800 to turn her life around, first by finding a small house and paying the rent of $500 for one year; she gave her $200 to purchase goods to sell in the marketplace, thereby hoping for a small income; she gave her clothes for herself and her children from the supplies that they had carried with them from the United States; and finally they purchased $100 of food for her.

If we can use money in this way for helpless people to reclaim their lives, we are grateful. Your gift allows us to continue working for those who have very, very little. Thank you for being generous.
